SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Do I have to pay shipping charges?
Good news. No shipping charges if your purchases of Rs. 1000 or above. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be levied for purchases less than Rs. 500. A shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be levied for purchases between Rs. 501 and Rs. 999.
When can I expect to receive the ordered products?
Soon. Very soon. We promise. We normally ship the products in 3-4 working days when the payment is processed. In the unlikely event that there is a delay, we will contact you to explain to you the situation.
How are products shipped at Eco Corner?
We have partnered with FEDEX Courier Services to ship the products across India. However, in case your address pin code is not currently being serviced by FedEx then we will ship your order by good old INDIA POST.
Shipping back a return to Eco Corner
In case the product is damaged then do connect with us on firstname.lastname@example.org or +91-22-40054797. Do share the image of the damaged product we will have it collected.
In case you have changed your mind about the product (which we really hope you don’t) then you will need to courier the product back to our warehouse. Do connect with us on email@example.com or +91-22-40054797 for more directions.
How can I confirm that the order has been successfully placed?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from Eco Corner. Do retain this email as it contains important information about your order.
Can I cancel an order?
What? You really want to cancel that order? Are you sure? Well then get in touch with our Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org or +91-22-40054797 within 24 hours and share your order number with us. We will cancel the order and refund the payment within 30 days of cancellation.
Can I modify or change my order?
Oops. Changed your mind have you? No problem. Get in touch with our Customer Service email@example.com or +91-22-40054797 and ask us nicely. You could even update your shipping address in this manner. The faster you tell us, the faster we can fix things for you.
When can I expect a refund for my cancelled order?
What? You really expect your money back?? Just kidding. We don’t like processing refunds. But we’re nice people. We will process your refund within 30 days once the order cancellation is confirmed.

In which cases can I return the product?
You can return a product in case of the following:
1. Damaged Product. Though we have put in place stringent Quality checks, sometimes one of these manage to evade our Quality Control Department. You will need to inform us within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91-22-40054797.
2. What you saw is not what you got. In case, we have sent you a wrong colour/ style or size, we you could send it right back to us provided you inform us within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. Email us on email@example.com or call us on +91-22-40054797.
What is the standard procedure for processing a return?
Step 1: Smile.
Step 2: Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue.
Step 3: Once we validate your returns request, we email you details of the way forward.
Step 4: when we receive the package, our team will inspect the same and once we approve the eligibility of the return, we will work on the replacing the product.
When can I expect a refund for my cancelled order?
Within 30 days of confirmation of the order cancellation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
1. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Eco Corner Quality Control Team.
2. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
3. The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
4. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
5. Products in sets cannot be returned individually. You need to send the entire set back to us.
6. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will refund the payment within 1 month.
7. A refund is applicable only under the sole discretion of Eco Corner Retail Pvt. Ltd.
8. All refunds would be through a NEFT transfer/Cheque deposit in your Bank Account and no Cash payments will be made in lieu of the same. Also, in this case, please let us know the Tracking No. (i.e., AWB Delivery Confirmation), as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging.
9. Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
Does Eco Corner store my information?
Eco Corner only stores information that is uploaded by you during the registration process and your contact information in terms of address, Phone number and Email ID. No information such as credit / debit card details or online back account information, etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are extremely secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.
